Bind Off  Cast On  Knit
	Figure One The yarn is held toward the front of the work. The right arm of the stitch should be at the front of needle. The left in back.
	Figure Two The right needle is inserted in the first stitch from back to front. The right needle is on top of the left needle. Notice the index finger holding the yarn forward and down.
	Figure Three Bring the index finger up, and swirl the yarn behind the right hand needle from right to left.
	Figure Four Slide the right needle down and through the stitch on the left hand needle, drawing the yarn along with it.
	Figure Five Push the point of the right needle through to the back of the work, drawing the new loop through the old stitch to the back of the work.
	Figure Six Slide the right hand needle up, so that the new stitch slides down the needle, off the tip.
	Figure Seven Slide stitch off the left needle completly.
