Bind Off  Cast On  Purl
	Figure One Wrap yarn around the left pinkie under the ring and middle fingers and over the index finger. Wrapping the yarn helps control the tension. Laying it over the index finger controls the yarn. The yarn is at the back of the work.
	Figure Two The right hand needle is inserted through the first stitch on the left needle from front to back.
	Figure Three Swirl the yarn around the front of the right hand needle from the left, to the right.
	Figure Four> Slide the right needle through the stitch on the left hand needle, drawing the yarn along with it.
	Figure Five Use the tip of the right hand needle to pull the loop all the way through the old stitch, to the front of the work.
	Figure Six Slide the right hand needle up, so that the new stitch slides down the shaft of the needle, off the tip.
	Figure Seven Slide stitch off the left needle completly.
